The Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry in Front Royal provides perishable and non-perishable foods to homeless and low-income households in Front Royal and the surrounding areas. Loaves & Fishes also serves as a depot to support pantries in the western quadrant of the Diocese.
Your donations will help feed the elderly on limited incomes, low-income households, children and the homeless. Loaves & Fishes feeds just under 2,000 people each month.
Help us keep our pantry fully stocked:
• canned meats (chicken, corned beef, spam)
• peanut butter
• jelly
• tuna
• canned vegetables (corn, green beans - (regular and low sodium)
• individual fruit cups (low sugar)
• canned fruit (low sugar)
• cereal (low sugar)
• pasta (regular and gluten-free)
• instant potatoes
• Macaroni & cheese kits
• Coffee, cooking oil, flour, sugar
• Martin's, Safeway and Walmart gift cards
Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry is located in Front Royal.
Drop Off Times: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Client Pantry Hours: Tuesday 1 - 4 p.m.; Thursday and Friday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All who are in need of food are welcome.
Clients are currently allowed to visit the pantry twice a month, every other week. The pantry also offers food through the USDA program to clients who qualify.
Volunteers are always needed to stock shelves, escort clients or help transport food around the Diocese.
