The St. Lucy Project operates a food pantry in Front Royal at Loaves & Fishes. The pantry provides perishable and non-perishable foods, including fresh produce, dairy, meat and traditional staples such as cereal, canned vegetables, rice and beans.
Those needing food may visit the pantry Tuesday from 1 to 4 p.m. or Thursday or Friday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Loaves & Fishes is also a distribution site for USDA food. Eligible participants may sign up at the Front Royal pantry and begin to receive USDA food that same day.
Clients are eligible to receive food twice a month, every other week.
