Emergency Assistance
Catholic Charities established the Emergency Assistance program to assist those who are experiencing a one-time financial crisis in their lives. We help in the prevention of homelessness and the cut-off of essential utilities. We serve residents of the Diocese of Arlington regardless of their race, creed, religion or national origin.
Assistance is given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Those who are eligible for assistance should email a CatholicCharities Emergency Assistance office, providing your phone number and address. We will call you back.
No matter what is happening in our community and world, Catholic Charities provides emergency rent and utility assistance to eligible individuals and families throughout the 21 counties and seven cities of the Diocese of Arlington. Please see here to learn the most recent information about the evictions process during the COVID-19 pandemic.
