Hi! We are Jonathan and Ellen. Before sharing a little about ourselves we would like to thank you for considering us as adoptive parents and for taking the time to look at our page. We have such respect for your considering adoption for your child. We are inspired by your example of love and selflessness, and have such admiration for the choice of life you have made.

We live on a beautiful farm in Virginia, just about an hour from DC. Jonathan is the VP of an organic farm operation, using his mechanical engineering background to help the farm and business run smoothly. Ellen is a civil engineer, focusing on environmental protection. Together we love cooking (especially the food we raise on the farm!), spending time with family and friends, extending hospitality, playing music, reading, watching movies, and going to concerts. If your plan for adoption includes us as adoptive parents, we promise to provide a warm and supportive home where your child knows the unconditional love of everyone involved in his or her adoption story. We will encourage and help your child to pursue their goals and dreams through education and fostering a love of learning.

Our family and friends have been so excited and supportive of adoption. They look forward to welcoming a precious child and are praying for you in your adoption journey.
