Natalie White
Pregnancy and Adoption Support Intern
Hello! My name is Natalie, and I recently moved to the area as an active-duty military spouse. I am nearly finished with my Master’s in Social Work through Florida State University. Luckily for me, I completed all my in-person course requirements before the pandemic hit. Therefore, I can
complete my supervision hours locally with Catholic Charities Pregnancy and Adoption Support! Before joining this team, I have previously led life skills and counseling groups for high school teens and volunteered in domestic violence shelters. Pregnancy support and adoption have always been dear to my
heart, and I am incredibly grateful for my experiences here so far.
I am married to my husband, who is in the Army, and have three children: two boys aged 14 and 13, and a daughter who is eight. People in my life would describe me as friendly, loyal, caring, and organized. My love for humanity and passion for empowering others is what brought me to the social
work field!
A typical week for me at Catholic Charities involves updating client files, meeting with clients, completing home studies, or helping adult adoptees search for information or reunification with their birth families. I am so honored to be a part of client’s journey’s here in the
program!
Loves: Singing, reading, crafting of any type, decorating, cold weather, traveling, and Harry Potter!
Dislikes: Chocolate and doing dishes!
